the fasting month. or it’s called the dieting month pour moi. it’s the 15th day, and i have lost 2 kg. it’s amazing what you can achieve if you really put your mind to it. i go through the ‘sahur’ thing every morning. my daily sahur menu is an egg (omelette or hard boiled), a piece of fruit, 2 glasses of water, and sometimes i add a piece of toast or milk.
friends of mine keep asking me, how can i go through my days with just that in my stomach. but again, i’ve put my mind to it, and i can do it. after all, it’s all in the mind.
